El enamoramiento, esa guinda del patriarcado, ese anhelo que te acompaña desde la cuna hasta la tumba, es en realidad un síndrome de nombre catatimia.

síndrome: conjunto de síntomas que se presentan juntos y son característicos de una enfermedad. 

catatimia: mecanismo compensatorio del cerebro que deforma la realidad  según tus deseos y temores.

No se conoce en profundidad el mecanismo desencadenante pero de repente todo lo que oyes, ves, tocas, hueles y chupas, de esa persona, lo percibes alterado. Y la consideras revestida de las más excelsas cualidades.

obnubilación, alienación, cautiverio.

Su duración es variable y depende de otros muchos factores. De carácter recurrente, puede llegar a cronificarse produciendo alteraciones graves de la conciencia, desde la obnubilación, a la alienación pasando por  el cautiverio.

 

El enamoramiento y todos los mitos que lo acompañan se sustenta en el amor romántico, modelo de relación fundamentado en la pareja monógama, estable, excluyente, conservadora y normativa.

Es necesario acabar con la pareja, (jo.) como unidad básica,  dos no pueden ser nunca la unidad. La unidad eres tú y tus complejidades. Conocerte, vivirte, quererte, es básico. Sin embargo lo que recibimos desde la infancia es todo lo contrario. El egoismo es malo, de hecho se define en base al perjuicio que produce en los demás pensar primero en una misma. Tú, a tí, contigo, pasa a ser suyo, consigo, y tú te vas diluyendo.

Solo rompiendo mitos y construyendo nuevos quereres podemos revertir esta situación de desventaja. Siglos de adoctrinamiento te acaban convenciendo de que sin él no eres tú y de que si esta vez no es, quizás sea la siguiente, recurriendo una y otra vez a la narcosis. Y es que establecer relaciones en igualdad requiere de una aptitud y actitud firmes y esto siempre da mucha pereza.

Incansable transito en busca de otros horizontes. Cruzar el río helado ha resultado agotador. Exhausta llego por fin a la otra orilla. Aquí todo es nuevo, las viejas relaciones quedaron atrás. Ahora toca explorar otras maneras de interactuar.
