Estoy irremediablemente condenada a buscar el equilibrio. Mi cuerpo es un receptor de ondas y responde ante la más mínima vibración, es verdad que no siempre acierto. Actuar sin dañar y mientras tanto camino y mato polillas. No sé si pasa por algo, lo que sé es que pasa.

Nuestro bienestar no depende de lo que hagan o dejen de hacer los demás, esperar otra cosa es aprendido. Descargamos nuestros miedos y frustraciones en lo externo. Orientamos nuestra brújula en la dirección equivocada, así que la mayoría de las veces no somos capaces de retomar el camino y deambulamos agarradas a la inestabilidad emocional del momento. Y esperamos y seguimos esperando que un golpe de suerte nos arrolle. Y aún así avanzamos.

El caos no es desorden, no es sinónimo de confusión. Es adaptativo y como tal incorpora los cambios con naturalidad. Como era de esperar, está muy mal visto en esta sociedad.

El caos es la filosofía de la ciencia. Tiene que ver con la evolución y con la esencia misma del universo. La humanidad ha desdeñado al caos y se ha decantado por un sistema binario en lo que todo encaja bajo estrictos parámetros que deben de ser repetidos de forma precisa y certera. El caos es ruido, como el 99% de lo que no es. El caos pertenece a la categoría de ser lo que no es.

El caos es plasticidad, el cerebro también. Nuestros pensamientos son la consecuencia de conexiones neuronales repetidas una y mil veces, cada día se abren unos canales de comunicación y se cierran otros. El pensamiento por tanto no es algo estático, inamovible. El pensamiento puede ser modulado.

El sistema global no es lineal, cualquier alteración puede tener consecuencias impredecibles en el conjunto, es un todo y no la simple suma de sus partes. Adiós a la indulgencia.

La diversidad es evolución en estado puro. Si vas a recorrer el camino agárrate.
